For the third time the City of Fort Worth Parks & Community Services Dept Forestry Section has delivered trees for homeowners in Alexandra Meadows to plant between the sidewalk and curb in front of their house. This is an ongoing program with no direct cost to the homeowner. It is paid for by your property taxes. In time these trees will provide shade for our streets and sidewalks and improve the look of Alexandra Meadows.
If you missed out on this delivery, you can participate in the future by contacting:

At least 25 homeowners need to be signed up to take advantage of this program. More
information is available on this website.
I'm sure you noticed the newspapers in clear plastic bags all over the neighborhood. The
Fort Worth Star Telegram is trying to boost subscriptions by throwing samples of their
newspaper on your driveway, the street in front of your house or front lawn about once a
week. If you find this newspaper useful, fine. If not, there is a phone number
printed on the newspaper allowing you to stop this delivery. You may have to call
more than once, but they will stop delivering the paper to your address.
